Our Mission is to provide affordable living and working spaces for entrepreneurs, small business owners and others that have a community focus.
A comfortable, relaxed environment that’s as innovative and inspiring as the community itself. Apiary @ The Park is the place to be! Close to all the major highways, and public transportation. It’s a hip, unconventional dedicated workspace of private and semi private offices, open areas , conference/meeting rooms, for new and budding businesses, freelancers, remote workers, and consultants.
For our holistic providers, there are private health treatment rooms for workshops, yoga, exercise and such.
For our creatives and artist, there is ample space to get their creative juices flowing!

Call home to one of our beautiful, private, residential units. We offer studio apartments, and one and two bedroom units in this iconic historic building. Our units are pet friendly, with beautiful views of downtown St. Louis. We are located five minutes from the St. Louis City Soccer Stadium, 10 minutes to Ball Park Village and Washington Avenue for your night life pleasure. We are within one mile of all the major highways and a block away from public transportation.
Our units offer lots ambiance, natural wood floors, high ceilings and exposed brick. There is a beautiful private courtyard for your enjoyment and you’ll have easy access to the Be Well Cafe’, and Grocery Market. The Hyde Park Pavilion which is home to the Be Well Farmers Market, host Community Events and Art Exhibits from May thru October, located directly across the street. How cool is that! This is urban living St. Louis urban style!

Be Well Café and Grocery Market is one of the many amenities you’ll find at the Apiary. Be Well Cafe’ is your eat and drink boutique! Be Well celebrates the ingenuity of local makers, small, independent food producers, that have channeled their passions into creating, thoughtfully crafted products.
Be Well is as diverse as the community. Unlike other neighborhood corner stores, you’ll find an array of staples, fresh, local, organically grown fruits and veggies, fresh bakery items, grab-and-go meals, and wholesome snacks. Enjoy our bulk section, alternative wheat-free flours, reduced sodium products, herbs and condiments. And lets not forget our eco-friendly, cleaning supplies and personal toiletry items. It’s an environment that celebrates the culture of the community and supports overall health and well being. It’s an essential element of street life for the Apiary community and the neighborhood.

Apiary @ The Park is a hub for entrepreneurs of arts and culture. A space for people on the go who need a stationary low cost office, conference room, a pop-up desk ,open meeting space or a commercial grade kitchen. A place where creatives can showcase their talents and sell their goods.
Fatimah Muhammad, is a passionate, social, transformational entrepreneur. Transformation is a holistic and fundamental change in how business models are designed and how we do business It is not about launching a new product into the market, but it is about redesigning businesses from scratch, driven by a need, passion and sustainability. Fatimah is passionate about how entrepreneurs can build up not only their business, but also communities, and ecosystems. She’s focused on shaping futures. She reimagined the perspective on entrepreneurship which extends beyond simply launching a startup. It involves the ability to recognize and capitalize on opportunities, as well as develop innovative solutions that address the needs of the people.
Fatimah’s experiences of meeting clients in coffee shops, and pop up offices, long before coworking, was out of necessity because of the lack of beautiful, easily accessible, affordable, spaces. More importantly, there was no place that spoke to the vibe of creative entrepreneurs such as Fatimah. Those experiences, along with the disparities throughout the communities of Black and Brown people, gave Fatimah the forethought to create Apiary @ The Park.

APIARY is a place where bees (workers) are kept. They are considered the most important pollinator of food systems, pollinating nearly three-quarters of the plants that produce 90% of the world’s food. Their hard-working habits, consistent order, and efficient, organized teams create sustainable colonies that produce a wide product range. Apiary @ The Park looks to bees to discover what we can learn from businesses habits they have perfected over millions of years.
